Here is a summary of important information about booking your self catering holiday in our beautiful home, together with other useful information to help you enjoy your stay in Devon. We recommend that you read our full
Terms and Conditions before booking, as a confirmed booking will mean that you have understood them and agreed to them.
A complete set of instructions and booking information will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed. Other useful information to help you enjoy your stay in Devon will be found in abundance in the cottage itself, within leaflets, books on the area, and other guest's comments.
Please also remember when booking that this is a private family home and not a hotel. It is also a truly rural idyll and, even though thoroughly modernised, will require a degree of self-sufficiency and understanding of living in the country. You will, however, experience the true nature and beauty of living in a thatched cottage in the glorious East Devon Countryside.
Guests should also be aware that the driveway although short, is very steep and should be negotiated with care. It is advised to ensure the gate is open before starting up the drive and upon exiting to stay to the left hand side, where the slope is less severe.
Please contact us if you have a question or wish to initiate a booking.
